This is the number one issue we have with clients. Your download email will be sent to you from admin@violinloops.com. Your mail server Spam filter may accidentally re-direct it to your junk mail folder. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you don’t see your download email within a few minutes of purchase.
All of your selected loops and samples will be in AppleLoop AIF format.
